BitTorrentによる違法配信で世界初の有罪判決、香港最高裁で
P2Pファイル共有技術「BitTorrent」を使って映画の違法コピーを配信していたユーザーに対して、香港の最高裁判所が18日、懲役3カ月の有罪判決を言い渡した、とのこと。

Planex からBitTorrent対応ルータが発売したばかりですが、『"BitTorrent"は人気のファイルであればある程ダウンロードのスピードが速くなるという特長を持ちます。』・・・というのを表立ってウリにしているのはまずいんじゃないんでしょうかねえ。
